After years of suffering from ill health and constant fatigue, I began to think my situation would never improve. But in January 2004, a friend recommended I try wheatgrass and I have never looked back. Within weeks of first trying wheatgrass I began to feel more energised and full of drive and ambition again, something that had been lacking for too long. The difference really was amazing.

After a while of purchasing the Wheatgrass juice, tablets and powder it became apparent how difficult it was to find a reliable supplier who could actually provide the fresh product at an affordable price.

It was then that I decided to have a go at growing wheatgrass myself. I began with a few trays in the greenhouse, and soon found this guaranteed me a more affordable, sustainable crop. The positive effect of Wheatgrass on my health were clear and week by week my friends, family, and friends of friends began asking for the wheatgrass juice too.

Demand continued to increase and the space i had in which to grow the wheatgrass was fast becoming too small for the amount required. So, I began encouraging people to start growing their own wheatgrass by supplying seeds and wheatgrass growing kits. Production grew steadily and Wheatgrass-kits.co.uk was born.

Over a year later many more people have discovered the benefits of Wheatgrass, and the advantages and savings to be had by growing the product at home.
