Shipping Information

Our cut off time for orders is 1pm, we usually despatch all orders on an overnight courier service which means you should receive your order the next working day or within 2/3 days for UK Offshore and remote addresses. However, we do ask UK Offshore customers to allow up to 5 days for delivery. An email will be sent to you the day the order is despatched.

It is important to try and ensure someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as packages will not be left without a signature on behalf of the recipient without prior consent. (it is essential that someone is available to sign for frozen goods as we can only ensure frozen wheatgrass juice remains frozen overnight. It may often be convenient to specify a work or business address for delivery. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery the courier will leave a contact card. They will re-attempt delivery the next working day. If no one is still present to take the order, the item will be held for 2 further working days at the couriers local depot, where you can collect your package. The package will be returned to us if no instruction is received from yourself or if not collected within this time frame, which will result in extra charges. All extra charges are the responsibility of the customer where the above guidelines have been met by ourselves and the courier. No exceptions will be made.

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address, this will result in extra charges. Please be aware these charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us by telephone or email. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

All UK MAINLAND deliveries carry free P&P except where stated. For UK offshore counties and overseas customers full delivery prices can be obtained by checking out and entering your postcode.

Returns Information

Our refunds policy is in accordance with the EU distance selling directive which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase from us we will of course offer you a refund or replacement as long as your item is sent back in an unused and unopened condition.

For reasons of hygiene, we will not be able to accept or refund any items from our food preparation lines that have been used or had their security seal broken.

If any item is damaged we will replace it free of charge for you. If you do decide to return your item, you will need to contact customer services quoting your receipt number before you send back your item. They will issue you with a returns authorisation and advise you of the returns address. Once we have received your item in our returns processing department you will be issued with a refund. Please note however, that as we do not charge for delivery on UK purchases, a delivery cost & recovery fee will be deducted from your refund; this is in accordance with EU law. Refunds for damaged items will not be charged this fee if a replacement is issued.
